Most entrepreneurs pick a lane. Chris built two — and uses each to make the other stronger. Marich Machine & Tool, based at 3815 Lakeside Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio, has been manufacturing specialty machined components since 1982. Precision CNC work, honest pricing, fast turnaround.
His commercial real estate practice — specializing in NE Ohio multifamily under the eXp Commercial banner — runs on the same principles he learned on the shop floor: process, discipline, and getting the details right every time.
